I want to talk about something real today, something I’ve personally been through and something so many women silently struggle with that feeling of comparing yourself to other women.
That fear that someone else might be more beautiful, more magnetic, or more “his type.”
There was a time when I used to feel that too. Whenever a third party appeared, or I saw another woman who seemed to have it all together, I would feel a little sting inside that quiet voice that said, “What if she’s better than me?”
And it took me a long time to understand that this voice wasn’t showing me the truth. It was showing me the part of me that had forgotten her own worth.
Because the truth is "No one can be me. No one carries my essence, my energy, my soul’s frequency."
And the same goes for you.
The high-value woman, the one who manifests love and respect effortlessly, she doesn’t compete.
She doesn’t compare.
She’s too deeply rooted in her own power, wisdom, and worth to get distracted by someone else’s shine.
When you’re connected to your authentic energy, you stop asking,
“Am I enough? and start remembering, I am the energy of enoughness.”
And that changes everything.
Integration Practice for You 💃
Here’s something that really helped me shift out of competition energy:
Whenever you feel that comparison creeping in, pause for a moment. Close your eyes and say to yourself:
Others light doesn’t threaten mine. We’re both divine in our own way, but my energy is one of a kind.
Then place your hand over your heart and affirm: I am rooted. I am magnetic. I am enough.
Take a deep breath and feel your energy returning back home, to you.
That’s how you move from comparison to embodiment.
That’s how you become the woman who doesn’t chase love, she attracts it.
You are not here to compete, my love.
You are here to embody the woman you were always meant to be solid in her worth, radiant in her energy, and magnetic to everything aligned with her heart.
